Do you have attention to detail, and enjoy providing administrative assistance in a team environment? Opitz is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Social Media Associate who is responsible for providing administrative assistance as well as assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Media:

  • Creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Managing social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics.
  • Collaborating with other teams such as retail store personnel, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand is utilizing the most effective strategies.
  • Work closely with management in the development and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that all content is consistent with the company's messaging and values.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Processing of invoices, including recording invoices received, ensuring proper supporting documentation, and identifying and resolving issues
  • Arrange shipping, and prepare receiving documents.
  • Creating and maintaining vendor records
  • Researching and resolving routine inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
