What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:
  • Provides a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to Sr Level Management
  • Duties may include normal secretarial activities such as communication, word processing, scheduling appointments and travel, and so on.
  • Follows up on relevant issues and informs manager of status as well.
  • Duties & Responsibilities: Provides administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, creating presentations, confidential correspondence, ordering office supplies.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations. Prepares memorandums.
  • Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.
  • Makes travel arrangement, prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records. Collects and prepares information for management use. Provides required support for managers.
  • Greets vendors and visitors.

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • 5 plus years of related experience highly preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plus
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
