First Impressions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is the largest privately owned dental practice in Wisconsin; with 11 locations serving pediatric dental and orthodontic patients of varying ages, conditions and specialized needs. We’re seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator who is quite literally going to serve as the face of our company! We take great pride in our administrative coordinators, as they are the first and last point of contact with our patients, and as such they play an incredibly important role in the overall experience of our families! Your smile and eccentric personality will greet and welcome families to our practice, whether visiting in the office or calling on the phone. Your strong communication skills will be utilized daily to answer questions our families may have, and you will always have a strong support system readily available to help you find solutions when you don’t know the exact answer.

To be successful in this position, you’ll want to have the following experience and capabilities: • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversation-styles between parents/guardians and the pediatric patients we serve (a quirky joke always seems to break the ice!)

  • Strong organizational skills that you can rely upon to help manage schedules, small details about patient records, account updating and managing multiple tasks at once. • A welcoming personality that helps families immediately feel at ease when they arrive to their appointment, and also ensures they leave our office with an overall exemplary experience. • Fantastic customer service skills that you’ve utilized in previous roles — particularly if you enjoyed working in hospitality, retail or restaurant industries, you’ll excel in this position! • A friendly demeanor and a contagious smile — an absolute must!
