Silver Stream Healthcare are looking to recruit an Administrator for our Duleek Nursing in CO Meath.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and general administrative duties.
• Drafting contracts of employment.
• HR adminstration duties.
• Maintain and ensure efficient systems for administrative records
• Front of House, meet and greet families and visitors.
• Fortnightly payroll.
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff
• Maintaining employee and residents’ files esuring compliance is met.
• Invoicing
• Database management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role or HR environment.
• Strong IT skills including word and excel.
• Strong administratioin skills.
• Experience dealing with customer queries in person and by telephone.
• Excellent attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Duleek, Duleek, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Leaving Certificate (preferred)
