Primary responsibilities include:

• Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Facility's programs and activities under guidelines issued by management
• Establishing a rapport with and among departments so that each can realize the importance of teamwork
• Maintaining a good public relations program that serves the best interest of the Facility and community alike
• Ensuring that all employees, residents, visitors, and the public follow the Facility's established policies and procedures
• Representing the Facility at and taking part in top-level meetings
• Taking part in State and Federal surveys of the facility
• Maintaining an excellent working relationship with the medical profession and other health-related facilities and organizations
• Maintaining an active license valid in the State of New Jersey
• You must always be prepared and available, especially during State and Federal Surveys

Requirements:

• Administrator License valid in The State of New Jersey is a must
• Must have Long Term Care experience
