Administrator (Tax Team) - Kilkenny/ Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

Ifac is building for the future. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our growing Tax Team. This role can be based in Kilkenny City or Cahir, Co. Tipperary with blended WFH. It is a great opportunity to make your mark and build a rewarding career in a Top Ten Accountancy firm.

The Role

This is a part-time role working 21 hours per week in a professional service environment. You will be an important member of our Tax Team with responsibility for providing administrative and secretarial support to our team. Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, email and diary management, data entry, and general administrative duties.

Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be a professional front-office person with a third level qualification and at least three years’ relevant experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in accountancy or related practices would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative with:

  A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to deliver top quality customer service.
• A passion for helping people.
