Description

Daily interaction with prospective students and parents regarding admissions and enrollment process,
meeting with students and parents during campus visits, assist with on-campus recruitment events,
attend recruitment events
Evaluation of student academic profile for admission to the University
Supervises student callers
Serves on Gorlok Registration and Onboarding Workshop Committee (GROW) to plan and execute
new student registration days
Develops communication plans and sends mass email communication through Slate CRM as needed
for special projects (competitive scholarship program, GROW, etc.)
Designated Freshman liaison with Enrollment Technology Office
Partners with Department of Athletics and School of Education to meet enrollment goals
Provides supervision to admissions representatives in the absence of Associate Director and/or AVP

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of university admissions guidelines, standards, and procedures, and higher education admissions counseling in general.
Knowledge of the various financial aid programs, including application deadlines and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Planning and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise critical human relations skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with the university community.

Supervisory experience
Experience working in a Higher Education environment
