Ivy at Great Falls is looking for an Admissions Nurse to serve as an important part of workflow management by taking on some of the admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a complete head-to-toe assessment on newly admitted resident.
- Review and document the resident's medication list and pertinent medical history.
- Complete all admission documents.
- Communicate with DON/ADON concerning all admissions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current state nursing license.
- Skilled nursing and rehab admissions experience preferred.
