The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.
1. Responsible for monetization ads integrity-related work, reviewing and evaluating advertising content from both advertisement agencies and TikTok creators in conjunction with domestic, regional, and organizational ads policy
2. Ability to quickly evaluate advertisement content and render decisions by referring to ads policies and guidelines efficiently while ensuring high quality and delivery;
3. Responsible for optimizing processes and improve guidelines to reduce risks relating to user safety, fraudulent trends, and company reputation to ensure the integrity of our platform;
4. Cooperate with other businesses related functions such as Ads service and policy team to complete designated work and deal with ad hoc tasks, working cross-functionally and pro-actively with other stakeholders ensuring all teams are aligned.
5. Recognize and identify fraudulent trends and patterns and further escalating appropriate action
6. Mentor newly on-boarded team members and coach them on policies and internal tools
Qualifications
1. Fluency in Norweigian
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and research skills
3. Eligibility to work in Ireland
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Professional experience in content review is preferred, but those with no relevant experience or recently graduated with a strong willingness to learn and high potential can be considered
6. Computer savvy and advanced internet functions and MS Office skills
7. Ability to work under pressure with fast and evolving workflows and work collaboratively across teams
8. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while executing strict deadlines
9. The ability to work differing work rotations/shifts as required
