Gogolocal is a trusted partner. GogoLocal is searching for a 24 hr online representative who will supervise, direct, and govern all of the future 24hr online service employees. This is an advanced customer support role who will work from our office located in the beautiful city of Irvine. This position will work closely with our HR representative with the hiring process of more online service team members as our company expands.

Experiences

• 2-5 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or previous call center experience in at least one of these related fields:
• Experience in the hospitality industry (Required)
• Hotel Industry (Required)
• Real estate (Required)
• Tourism Industry (Required)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience in understanding the working of B&B in California
• Experience in customer service, & verbal communication over the phone
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Customer Service Representatives CSRs), management and other various departments
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner
• Utilize correct tools to efficiently solve and serve customer concerns
• Understand customer request for product, services, and inquiries
• Ensure proper security procedures and Gogolocal policies are followed up in a timely manner
• Sell the value of the brand by actively promoting services and products that benefit both the customer and the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
