Schechter Boston invites individuals interested in working in an educational setting, with limited experience to join our team!
Schechter has a variety of opportunities for you to work directly with young children, with support and mentorship, to help you gain hands-on experience. Opportunities include:
- After School Program Group Leader- engage directly with young students after the school day is over, foster creativity through hands-on activities and opportunities for organic and open-ended playing. Hours are Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-6:00pm.
- Early Childhood Program Team Apprentice- see the world through the eyes of our smallest students, by engaging them in play-based learning. Hours are Monday- Friday, 12pm-6pm.
For Teaching Assistants who want to continue, we are committed to helping them find ways to grow and develop professionally at Schechter.
