Agency Office Manager/Representative- Moreno Agency, LLC (Shelter Insurance)
Start Date: 3/20-3/27
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9AM-5PM)
Base Pay (based on experience) + Monthly Commissions
Flexible Schedule & Paid Time off
Quarterly Bonuses based on Agency Performance & Growth

Requirements and Skills:
- Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain license within first 90 days of hire date.
- Preferably Bilingual with ability to service existing clients and reach Hispanic Community.
- Passion to serve people and provide First-Class Customer Service.
- Seeking new business opportunities ranging from existing clients to individual’s natural market.
- Obtaining information from clients to form quotes, taking payments, photos, and servicing active accounts.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while multitasking on phone & computer.
- Going the extra mile for clients and always doing the right thing.
- Team player who thrives on competition.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
