Role Purpose

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and monitoring the productivity of its staff. to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. and monitoring the productivity of its staff. This includes preparing schedules for warehouse associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
• Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
• Communicating with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations

What will you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently.
• Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in inventory software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Generally prefer 1-3+ years of related supervisory experience
• Clear knowledge of warehouse and inventory control operations
• Problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and production issues

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
