Norfolk Aviation is a leader in the General Aviation Industry for over 13 years now, based at Norfolk International Airport. Our primary service has been Airplane Sales and now our Aircraft Interior Refurbishment facility compliments our established Aircraft Sales and aircraft painting services. Norfolk Aviation is geared toward the refurbishment of Cirrus airplanes and will soon be the dominant restoration facility for the SR20 and SR22.

Our Aircraft Interior Refurbishment Team seeks a person with general aviation experience and technical experience to estimate, sell, and assist with production of aircraft interiors.

The pay is hourly based on the candidate's experience and is complimented with guaranteed monthly bonuses.

Minimum requirements for consideration:

• One year experience in general aviation-small aircraft
• One year in sales and estimating

Technical experience is a plus.

Other expectations:

A self-starter. The candidate is a person that is able to set goals based on expectations through company provided training. This person is internally motivated to pursue and meet the goals with minimal guidance,

Strong communicator-able to discuss all aspects of the job with management and customers

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Be a team player with flexibility to work well with other team members

Strive for highest quality product and on-time completion

Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language

Duties and Responsibilities of the new Team Member:

- Communicate with new and existing customers to discuss and estimate aircraft interior refurbishment.

-Write proposals, contracts work orders, invoices, and materials orders.

-Work with the Interior Technicians in production of upholstery, fabrication, and fitting.

Generally, the shop hours will be from 8am to 5pm daily. Four 10 hour shifts may be considered alternatively. Shop closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4, Thanksgiving day, and December 23-26.
