POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
ALLIED HEALTH PROGRAM FACILITATOR
OLNEY CENTRAL COLLEGE| OLNEY, IL
DESCRIPTION: The Illinois Eastern Community College District has an opening for a full-time Allied Health Program Facilitator. This position would plan, implement, evaluate, monitor compliance and coordinate a Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program (BNATP) as well as coordinate the college's nursing tutoring program with input from faculty, staff and administration. Essential functions of this job include completing, verifying and submitting accurate documentation for IECC and IDPH, functioning as the primary contact in communications with the IDPH and updating any changes in faculty, clinical sites and absences and monitoring compliance with IDPH requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing is required. Candidates must have a current unencumbered Registered Nurse license (IL) or eligibility for IL license and current CPR or BLS certification. two years of clinical experience as a RN. Current active IDPH CNA Instructor certificate preferred. Preference for at least 1 year of Extended Care Facility experience as a Practical or RN.
