Accenture’s Fraud, Risk and Financial Crime Analytics Global Centre of Excellence, based in Dublin. We work with our clients globally to transform their fraud, risk, and financial crime capabilities through the application of Data and AI.
Accenture’s Applied Intelligence local practice which uses analytics and AI to help our clients in the Irish market to transform how they operate and grow.

All areas of Accenture Applied Intelligence utilise the full range of Data and AI skills, from Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Visual Insights.

We're looking for students from academic disciplines in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). We’re particularly interested in candidates who have studied, or have experience working in numerical disciplines (Maths, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

The ideal Analytics candidate will be familiar with any number of the following analytics skills. Familiarity in every skill is not required as candidates will be aligned to one of the capability areas (Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Strategy, Data Visualisation) based on their knowledge.

Data science knowledge with any of Python, SAS, R, Scala, PySpark or other relevant coding language and data science technologies
Knowledge of machine learning modelling techniques and how to fine-tune those models e.g. Random Forest, XGBoost, Neural Networks, Markov chains, etc
Clustering, linear regression and basic statistics
Knowledge of data warehouse tools and database technologies e.g., SQL, ETL, No-SQL and other Big Data technologies
Knowledge of how data can be used to solve business problems
Data visualisation/reporting tools like Tableau, Qlik, Looker or Power BI
Cloud data platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

As well as demonstrate the following:

Expertise in Microsoft Office tools
Strong teamwork skills
Problem solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills
Ability to adapt and learn in a continuously changing environment
Experience in leadership s in extra-curricular activities
Creativity, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
A predicted 2:1 degree result
