The Bethesda North TriHealth division of Seven Hills Anesthesia, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join our growing practice. There are currently both employed physician opportunities as well as partnership track. We are the largest independently owned physician group in the Midwest and offer a stable work environment for anesthesia providers. This is a great opportunity to join a true physician-owned private practice.

We employ a care team model in a collaborative environment. A typical day is 4:1 supervision, and approximately 30% of the time the job will require performing your own anesthetic. Our practice has outstanding call ratios to promote a proper work-life balance.

Our group performs a wide variety of cases. A majority of our caseload is general surgery and orthopedics. We also perform spine, neuro, ENT, surg onc, vascular, EP, IR, ophtho, endoscopy, GYN, obstetrics, and thoracic cases. Cardiac is optional. Infrequently, we have pediatric patients which are screened to be healthy and appropriate for a non-pediatric hospital.

We offer a variety of practice settings, covering one large hospital (Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, Ohio), one small hospital (Bethesda Butler County Hospital, Hamilton, Ohio), and eight ambulatory surgery centers.
