The IT Shared Services (ITSS) Financial Systems administrator job is responsible for supporting the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP software and having a working knowledge of the various JDE financial and reporting modules. The role involves learning and understanding Yum’s JDE suite, how it is used around the globe and providing methods to improve efficiency and utilization. The role also has responsibilities for Service Now platform used for support incident tracking.

Salary Range:$74,100 to 95,810 annually + bonus.This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Business Analysis Skills Required

• Learn the JDE software application and various modules, along with the continuous new release functionality, and understand how the product is used throughout the globe
• Support the JDE financial system and Service Now application by addressing and resolving issues raised by the field
• Assist in implementing new functionality, as needed
• Assist in writing new reports in the JDE reporting module (Reports Now)
• Monitor and follow up on incidents as needed and communicate statuses appropriately
• Participate in special projects, as needed

Application Support Skills Required

• Assist in problem resolution by researching, analyzing, and recommending corrective action
• Work with team members, vendor support teams, and other teams within YUM to ensure support coverage of applications is efficient and effective
• Recommend support process improvements, automation of support tasks, and training opportunities to correct core issues and eliminate future incidents

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ Years IT experience
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver based on priority
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience with JDE and/or Service Now a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders across the YUM organization
• Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions and documenting requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
