Job Title: Appointment Setter/ Inside Sales Representative
Pay: $19.00/hr (Eligible for Commission + Bonuses after first 3 Months)
Remote/Hybrid – Training is 2 weeks – 100% ON-SITE - Hybrid AFTER TRAINING.
Must be okay with a hybrid schedule (2 Days a week in office on Tues, Wed, or Thurs.)
3 Month Contract to Hire
Start Date: May 15, 2023
Hours:
Two Weeks of ON-SITE Training: M-F 9:00am-6:00pm (On-Site Attendance is mandatory for the first two weeks)
After Training: M-F 10:00am-7:00pm OR 12:00pm-9:00pm WITH one day off during the week AND either Saturday OR Sunday shift. (As your tenure grows within the company, you will have access to earlier shifts!)
- Monday – Friday 10:00am-7:00pm OR 12:00pm-9:00pm (Saturday or Sunday shift required)
- Saturday Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm OR 10:00am-7:00pm
- Sunday Hours: 12:00pm-5:00pm
Job Description
The Account Representative communicates directly with customers to schedule in-home demonstrations of our products.
This position sources and follows up on sales and leads from various sources, working with scripts and product information provided.
The Account Representative must develop a strong product knowledge, and communicate effectively and confidently with customers, installers, and operations.
- Coordinates across multiple business functions and departments to schedule demonstration and installation appointments nationwide.
- Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions.
- Focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound inquiries and converting them to appointments.
- Sources new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
- Manages prospects through all stages of the appointment setting cycle.
- Have a sales mentality, be able to overcome objections.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a customer service/call center environment
- Some sales experience required
- Proficiency with Windows based applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
