Apprenticeship Program
- Will be assigned to a production position for up to 40 hours per week – depending on class schedule and individual circumstances. Reliability Program will be in effect.
- Will perform the assigned production duties to the best of your ability, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- May be assigned to special projects as need arises.
- Hours of work may flex based on class and test schedules.
- Shift differential will be applied as appropriate.
- Will assume full time production hours when outside classes are not in session.
- Will attend required outside classes on a regular basis.
- Will maintain acceptable GPA.
- Other arrangements as per signed Apprenticeship Agreement.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills, analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment
- Desire to learn and be exposed to a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- 0-6 months minimum work experience
- Ability to attend classes and maintain grade requirements.
