Location: Commerce City, CO (100% in office role)
Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 7-4.30pm, Fridays 7-2pm
Skills: General accounting focused on AR/AP, stellar people/communication skills
Salary: 40-50k + benefits

What You Will Be Doing
- Daily billing of sales
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Resolve client billing questions or concerns using internal and external resources.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments and adjustments.
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment.
- Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information, computing charges and refunds, and preparing and mailing invoices.
- Assist with major audits.
- Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
- Cut weekly AP checks while confirming discounts.
- Input invoices for trade payables.
- Prepare cash deposits from cash customers.
What You Need for this Position
- Associates in Business Administration and 2-3 yrs experience OR 5+ yrs relevant experience
- Stellar people/communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail a must
