Your New Company

As an Architect you will be joining a mid-sized practice based in South Dublin that due to growth in project pipeline are now seeking to add to their design team. This practice has a long history in Dublin and now with backing of a larger construction group can add to their project portfolio and the variety they can offer staff. With a mixture of technicians, technologists and architects there is a wide band of experience of juniors and seniors alike, a collaborative environment to bring the best designs for their clients.

Your New Role

As an Architect you will be joining the team and having an integral part in the project delivery. In fact you will be expected to project manage your own jobs from initial planning and conception stage right through site and until final completion. You need to have experience working on Irish projects, and understand the relevant building/planning regulations. There will be plenty of variety in this practice working on high rise residential, health care and education to name a few sectors this practice has their hand into. Not only this that practice is transitioning, so if you are an avid AutoCAD user but itching to use BIM on live projects and use that skill-set, now would be a perfect time to join.

Job Requirements

You should be an experienced Architect with at least 3-4 years practice experience being able to display your Irish Building Regulation knowledge, Irish planning policy and relevant procurement methods. You should have a degree background and be fully registered with the RIAI. Your portfolio does not require specific project experience but a variety would be a distinct advantage.
