Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team to cover 14 of our retail stores nationwide. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to oversee the performance and people issues in our VILA stores nationwide. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.

What is this opportunity?
You will be joining a well-established retailer as their Area Manager covering a total of 14 stores nationwide with new stores opening in 2023. You will be required to be mobile and travel to our stores nationwide.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Ensuring sales & KPI targets are met for all stores, providing commercial excellence across all stores at all times.
• Maximizing sales and profitability
• Ensuring all teams are providing exceptional customer service.
• Driving team performance
• Ensuring productive staff planning.
• Manage costs, budgets and execute annual planning and forecasting
• Ensuring consistency across the stores in terms of merchandising and service.
• Suggest improvements where necessary
• Liaise closely with the Buying Manager and provide feedback
• Ensure an effective and efficient management team are in place in each store
• Ensure training and development for all store managers and their teams
• Regularly visit the stores
• Lead by example with regard to values and attitudes
• Liaise with the Marketing Manager on products, trends, campaigns, peak trading, etc.
• Management of social media / online selling.
