About the role:

Our company is seeking an Assistant to work primarily with our Agents. This position requires someone who is great at social media, writing, computer savvy, and has the capacity to handle multi-tasking with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm. An ideal candidate is highly detailed oriented, has previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of Talent/Modeling Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients/models politely and make sure they are satisfied.
• Use office equipment.
• Take notes.
• Handle correspondence.
• Handle phone calls and return calls as necessary.
• Understand the boss's schedule and handle appointments accordingly.
• Enter data into computers.
• Follow up on projects and keep track of deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Solana Beach, CA 92075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
