The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the CEO Office where excellent training and
support will be provided to the successful candidate. In this role you will report directly to the Senior
Executive Assistant to the CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant and in turn to the CEO,
reports, presentations, filing and the organisation of one-to-one/team/virtual meetings.
- Assist the Senior EA with the management of the CEO’s yearly calendar and daily diary. Ensuring the
foresee any potential issues and mitigate risks by long-term diary and operational planning.
- Prepare & Format documentation for internal and external communication as required including
- Preparation of itinerary’s, arrangement of meetings, organising visas, booking appointments and
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence and post.
- Manage confidential correspondence or projects in a discreet manner.
- Demonstrate ownership, tracking and follow through to resolution on all queries and issues.
- Assisting other Departments within the Organisation, when required, by providing administrative

COMPETENCIES:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential
- Strong Communication skills with ability to communicate to all stakeholders, internal and external
customers - Excellent Professionalism, Interpersonal and Organizational skills are also key requirements for the
role - Strong Time management skills and the ability to work independently and manage/prioritize
competing demands are essential - Ability to use initiative, pre-empt requests, maintain utmost confidentiality, and maintain attention
to detail at all times - Positive and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude who is energized by having great
responsibility. - Practical, action-orientated approach to one’s own work
- A person who is willing to learn & wants to develop their long-term career as a Senior EA / PA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3rd Level qualification in Business Studies/Administration or similar is desired but not essential
- Strong IT skills / computer literate (Microsoft Office Packages) is essential for the role.
- Previous experience of working in administration role with a knowledge of Dictaphone Typing
desired but not essential, as training will be provided.
