An ideal candidate must have/will be:
5+ years managing a fast paced, full service restaurant
Ability to read the guest and more importantly your employees
Sushi knowledge or the ability to learn a sushi menu inside and out in a short period of time
Maintain a positive attitude
Be willing to jump in and do any task in the restaurant
Able to oversee a fast paced environment and maintain composure when being pulled in many different directions
A quick learner and quick to jump in and help
