Our Assistant Managers lead our front of house team on creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all EWC Growth Core Values are consistently applied. This is a full-time salaried position, with base plus commission on all package sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Ability to problem solve and have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and motivate those around you.
• Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette.
• Passion for the beauty industry, and making others look and feel gorgeous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
• Demonstrating EWC products, and explaining our Wax Pass, Products, and Prebooking benefits.
• Managing the Reservation Books in a fast paced environment and handling the daily flow of the center.
• Maintaining cleanliness, and organization of the location.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching all new and current associates.
• Facilitate one on one meetings with the team and monthly Strut meetings.
• Ability to create daily, weekly, or monthly goals and motivating the team to achieve them.
• Handle guest or associate issues that may arise when the Center Manager is not present.
• Assist the Center Manager with payroll, guest refunds, schedules, inventory, or any other assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
