MOKA is hiring an Assistant Manager in Rochester, MN!

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team by ensuring high-quality customer service, quick and efficient operations, and top-notch product quality. A positive and upbeat attitude is a must in this fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The Assistant Manager starts at $16.00/hour + TIPS with opportunities to grow within the organization. You will be paid for all training and onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Assist GM in leading team to provide excellent customer service and reach performance goals
- Onboard, train, and develop new and existing team members
- Champion MOKA culture. Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day
- Exemplify a positive attitude. Set the tone each day by assisting the GM to ensure team members are recognized and motivated
- Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies, and core values
- Upholds sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
- Timely and accurate reporting of daily accounting, employee communication, and product inventory, among other admin duties
