The Assistant Manager is responsible for the performance and daily supervision of the assigned team of agents/administrators. The successful candidate will join the Group Operations management team as an Assistant Manager in Mortgage Operations. You will be expected to assist in the delivery of the departments business objectives of mortgage fulfilment; typically this will involve the following:


Responsibilities:
  • Meet Team performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI¿s).
  • Effectively supervise all Team members on a daily basis to maintain overall operational performance standards.
  • Produces relevant and timely MI to report on performance against objectives as well as key trends.
  • Reports and updates as and when required by telephone conference and face to face meetings.
Requirements:
  • High level of knowledge of Mortgage product, processes and systems. In particular the SMART system
  • Be self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative and in a fast moving environment
  • Regulatory knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CCMA, CPC and MCC and how these apply to our day to day interaction with customers.
