POSITION: Assistant SuperintendentREPORTS TO: Superintendent APPLICATION DEADLINE: Open until position is filled (May 12, 2023 deadline for internal applicants)STARTING DATE: August 1, 2023QUALIFICATIONS: Successful applicants must possess or be working toward a Superintendent license in the State of Ohio. A masters degree in educational leadership, at least five years successful teaching experience and at least three years of successful building level leadership experience is required. Applicants should possess knowledge about curriculum and instruction processes and procedures. Applicants should have experience as an administrator including policy development, staff evaluation and budget planning.

Applicants should have professional tact and diplomacy skills and possess strong leadership, managerial, interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to assume District responsibilities in the absence of the Superintendent. Experience in career and technical education is preferred.
