Assistant Superintendent - First Assistant
Job description
Falmouth Country Club, home of the Drive for the Kids Charity Classic, is looking for a full-time, year-round Superintendent Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team member who supports the Club’s mission of sport and camaraderie.
Job Functions:
- The assistant superintendent will report directly to the golf course superintendent while communicating with staff and ownership.
- Participate and implement maintenance practices including fertility planning and application, pesticide planning and application, and water management and maintenance.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance staff while performing related work.
- Assists in planning and supervising the maintenance of greens, tees and fairways and rough.
Job Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of golf course maintenance or landscaping experience preferred.
- Must be able to work outside in unpredicted weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- $45k-$65k annually based on experience.
- Year-round, full-time position.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
