About the job:
The role of the Assisted Living Director is to ensure the well-being of the residents that reside within their home. By overseeing the facility, you will have the ability to build relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.
Essentials:
- Responsible for ensuring the general well-being of residents
- Oversight of overall operations within the facility
- Perform excellent customer service to residents, family members and visitors
Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Active LALD in the state of MN
- Minimum of one 1 year experience in a healthcare environment
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
