Drizzle Cheesecakes is hiring immediately for Asisstant Manager to join our team!

Hours of work: Shifts are typically 10 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 9 pm

Assitant Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

• Staff Management: You will assist in managing and supervising the restaurant's staff, ensuring that they provide excellent service to guests.
• Training: You will assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing training to current staff members to ensure they meet the expectations of the restaurant.
• Scheduling: You will assist in creating the shift schedules for the team, making sure that all shifts are covered and that there is adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Inventory Management: You will assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that the restaurant has the supplies needed to operate efficiently.
• Customer Service: You will interact with customers, resolving complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring Operations: You will assist in overseeing all operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines are being followed.
• Cash Management: You will assist in managing cash and credit card transactions, reconciling receipts, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Sales Tracking: You will track sales and monitor revenue goals, working with the restaurant's management team to ensure targets are being met.
• Communication: You will assist in communicating with the restaurant's management team, reporting on daily operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Cleaning: You will ensure that the restaurant is cleaned and organized, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Administrative tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks such as record keeping, creating reports, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant is operating in compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, including food safety and sanitation regulations.
