The Opportunity

IZEA's Associate Campaign Coordinators are a valuable asset to the IZEA team and work in tandem with the Campaign Management team supporting the campaign execution as well as having cross departmental exposure and partnership with the Paid Media, Strategy, Influencer Partnership, and Operations teams.

Your mission at IZEA

• Work with the Campaign Management team to create specific client materials (i.e. Campaign Wrap Reports, weekly reporting, etc.)
• Research and help with ideation of Influencer options for Client campaigns
• Prepare input files, style guides and delivery files for Content campaigns
• Communicate with influencers/creators on publication status and collect relevant links and analytics
• Review, edit and approve influencer content for publication
• Assist with the internal handoff of Paid Media executions to the Promoted Posts team
• Limited assistance in campaign execution, as well as research on all things digital, social, content and Influencer!
• Work within the proprietary Flex platform to build out campaign opportunities and connect those with influencers.
• Draft and update weekly campaign analytics for IZEA clients
• Update Campaign Management documentation, Project Management systems and Client Documents
• Develop leadership skills by mentoring & leading interns

What you'll bring to IZEA

• This role would be great for recent graduates. Best fits are those majoring in or have experience in the following areas:
• Marketing, PR, Advertising, Communication, Social Media, Emerging Media.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and Project Management systems
• Knowledge of digital and social media landscape

Salary:

• $38,000 Annually
