The Team:
The successful candidate will be part of a global organisation and will work cross functionally with a number of different functions within ADI. The ACO will act as first point of contact for our customers who require operational support and will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer experience across our EMEA customer base. The Classic Support team manage all broad market customers and franchised distributors within the EMEA customer base.
The Position:
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Know and understand our larger enterprise clients, their business needs and their customers businesses and market requirements, now and future.
- Provide high quality and trustful relationships with your colleagues in our factories, Field Sales as well as with a range of internal functions and external customers.
- Quantitative skills to manage/judge complex forecasts and other business data. Promptly convert this to form the basis for intelligent decisions.
- Have a curiosity/knowledge of multifaceted and intricate supply chains and an understanding of the importance of asset(inventory) management. Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities to discuss delivery challenges.
- High quality execution to ensure that customers are supported thoroughly and accurately on their day to day needs for precision in backlog schedule, pricing, etc.
- Be comfortable with a range of ERP systems and be keen to automate all lower value transactions - Focus on continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal partners to support Maxim’s customers, partners include Supply Chain, Business units, Sales, Finance, legal, IT and Business Operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Primary degree level
- Confident and accurate communications skills, written, verbal and presentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Self-starter, strong work ethic, problem solver, team player.
