Our of our key services is portfolio management. Our highly experienced portfolio management team manages traditional marketable securities such as equities, bonds and foreign exchange as well as alternative assets such as real estate, private equity, credit and infrastructure.

An opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing business based in Dublin.

Day to day:

• Management of a multi asset class range of funds including UCITS (Fund of funds, ETF’s, Long only equity), AIF’s (Private Equity, Life Settlements, Private Debt);
• Daily management of investors subscriptions/ redemptions across portfolio’s
• Contributing and assisting the team in developing systems to generate efficiencies in daily processes
• Addressing investment operational issues with Partner Fund Managers;
• Ensuring robust risk management processes are in place for each Fund;
• Ensuring investment process meets the criteria set out under UCITS and AIFMD regimes;
• Review reports and investment recommendations provided by investment advisors and investment managers;
• Presentation, drafting and or input into investment reports provided to relevant Fund Board & AIFMs/UCITS Management Company;
• Ensure all work is completed and documented in accordance with prescribed standards;
• Ensure the compliance of various Funds with regulatory requirements and best practice.

• Degree or Masters level in business related discipline; Quantitative Finance, Structured Finance, CFA or Actuarial background preferred;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Funds/Investment Management industry preferred however we would consider a recent graduate;
• Strong process improvement focus;
• A strong understanding of Funds industry, fund governance and risk management;
• A keen interest in Investments with a demonstrable ability to communicate Investment philosophies;
• A high degree of technical expertise with the ability to work on one’s own initiative and to think "outside of the box"; Knowledge of VBA and SQL would be preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
• A strong commercial focus;
• Experience of successfully working under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Commitment to providing excellent client service;
• Attention to detail is essential;
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and an ability to think analytically and conceptually.
