Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) has proudly served the community for over 50 years. We're passionate about providing exceptional healthcare to all, but especially the uninsured, low income, and the medically underserved. In the past several years FHCSD has grown to become the largest providers of mental health services in San Diego County. We are currently seeking an Associate Therapists in need of clinical supervision hour to join our team in La Mesa. (https://www.fhcsd.org/la-mesa-family-counseling-center/)

Responsibilities:

• Completes all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner
• Performs initial and on-going assessments for assigned patients
• Participates in the development of individualized care plans
• Addresses co-occurring disorders when implementing the treatment plans
• Provides treatment to assigned patients within scope of practice
• Meeting program/department productivity and quality standards
• Seek to prevent or resolve transference and countertransference issues
• Work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Connect patients to internal/external resources as appropriate
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current registration with the CA BBS as an Associate Clinical Social Worker
