About the role
The Assortment Planning Coordinator supports the Manager, Assortment Planning and will assist in, sales and inventory analysis, office level planogram reviews and coordination of assortment conversions. This role will also hold end to end assortment responsibility for onboarding new integrations and coordinating product flow for new office builds and renovations. They will create product conversion plans and execute a timely flow of products to the offices. They will work cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Operations, Integrations and Marketing. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.

This is a hybrid remote role, offering a flexible work arrangement out of our Vienna, VA or Raleigh, NC offices.

You Will

  • Prepare planogram review analysis for Office Planogram Review Program
  • Build and maintain Office Database with capacity, planogram, fixture data, and photos for existing and new offices
  • Complete product cleanup analysis, partnering with offices and the distribution center to coordinate the addition and removal of collections
  • Coordinate frame RTV’s, partnering with Operations, Offices, and the Distribution Center to communicate and execute
  • Maintain and communicate RTV compliance reporting to Operations and Field leaders
  • Partner with Distribution Center to monitor office inventory levels and ensure replenishment orders are placed and allocated to meet office needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and analyze frame data for new offices, relocations, and renovations to assist in building new office planograms
  • Analyze integration conversion data and prepare planogram reviews
  • Prepare inventory conversion plan for integrations, communicating plan to offices, field leaders, Integration Team, and Distribution Center
  • Monitor inventory conversion of integrations and adjust as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Act as point of contact for offices who may need assistance with inventory levels and product assortment requests
  • Conduct sales analysis and inventory audits to identify and coordinate product transfers between locations to address both under- and over-stock, ensuring to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Coordinate inventory transfers and recalls for office closures
  • Provides regular updates on progress of newly created planograms, inventory transition timeline and integrations processes

About You

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience (or successfully completed internships)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
