Job description
The Assurance & Coordination Specialist (ACS) for Graceland Management Services, LLCwillassist with all warranty and repair office functions, while providing support to our Manufacturing Partners, the Operations Team, and Delivery Drivers. The ACS should be very personable and have a strong attention to detail.
- Process repair/warranty paperwork
- Serve as liason between Corporate Office and partners in the field
- Work with management team to build a strong team culture
- Work with manufacturing plants to verify raw material usage
- Manage relationships with manufacturing plant repair technicians
- Process all vendor payments and credits
- Monitor repair tasks and ensure timely customer service
- Provide phone support to plants and customers
- All other duties assigned by management
