Job Description
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
- Per diem attending of Dentistry with responsibilities of managing prosthetic and conservative dental cases in adult patient. The hired Dentist will work in the Adult Dental. Clinic mainly in outpatient setting. Consultation on admitted patients and procedures an OR special-need adult dental patient might be performed as required.
- Primarily responsibility in clinical supervision and teaching of post graduate (PG) students of the General Practice Residency (GPR) program for advanced didactic and clinical training in dentistry, perform didactic (lectures, presentations, seminar) to PG students are recommended accordance with Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a valid license to practice dentistry in the State of New York; and
- One (1) year of full-time licensed experience in the practice of General Dentistry or equivalent experience acceptable to the Medical Board of the hospital.
