Doyle & Foutty, P.C. is seeking a licensed Indiana attorney with a minimum 1-3+ years' experience as a practicing attorney. Remote possible, depending on proximity to our offices. We are looking to fill up to 2 positions, allowing flexibility to be physically located in northern or central or southern Indiana. Very reasonable and flexible work requirement, not a billable-hour based position. Prior creditor's rights, foreclosures, title or real estate litigation is a plus but not required; training provided. The law firm is based in Indiana, representing local, regional and national clients which include mortgage servicers, banks and title companies. If you are motivated, team centered and eager to learn and work in a creditor's rights practice, we encourage you to apply for consideration. Desired background:

-Recommend 1-3+ years' experience, but additional consideration given to advanced knowledge and experience with foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction matters;

-You must already be licensed in the State of Indiana (including federal/bankruptcy courts), and be in good standing with the State;

-You must be able to attend occasional hearings in Indiana, although most work is in office/remote;

-You should have a high level of professionalism and know how to treat clients, co-workers, court staff and other counsel;

-You should have demonstrated team work and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment;

-You should know the basics of Microsoft Office products, have the ability to learn the firm's casemanagement system and be willing to grow and adapt as technology does.
