Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they come into the store
- Answering the phone and directing them to the appropriate department
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.
- Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to Parts Counter or other appropriate individual.
- Confirm Customer data and update as necessary ( Phone, Address, email)
- Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand.
- Build/maintain store displays keep items stocked and priced
Skills:
- Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills.
- Punctuality is required
- Must be able to multitask
- Positive attitude is a must
Qualifications:
- Parts Knowledge is preferred but not required
- Customer Service needs to be a Priority
- Prior cash handling is a plus
2 Schedules available:
Monday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Tuesday thru Thurs 7:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Tuesday thru Saturday 11 am to 6:00 pm
