East End independent family owned and operated full service automotive repair facility, is looking for a qualified individual to fulfill the role of service advisor/manager. The position of service advisor encompasses assisting customers, pricing jobs, ordering parts and working with the technicians. We are not a dealership. We are a very hands-on, team operation; you will not spend the day sitting behind a desk.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Meet and greet all customers in a timely, gracious, and professional manner

Schedule and log appointments

Attain complete customer information on repair order

Communicate with customer for details of their concerns

Dispatch repair orders to technicians

Organize and manage workflow

Complete written estimates and explain them to customers

Order and manage parts

Tests drive vehicles when necessary

Advise customer on required/scheduled maintenance

Price any suggested additional work in accordance with pricing practices.

Communicate exact repair instructions/information to both the Technician and the Customer

Any other assign task that is assigned

Job Requirement:

Applicant must be neat and presentable

Must be friendly and able to multi-task

Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Must be able to pass a drug and background check.

Must be willing to do some traveling for training and work some nights and weekends.

Must have at least a high school diploma or GED. College education is a plus.

No experience required, but knowledge of cars is a plus, we will train

Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
