Responsibilities include but aren't limited to; Achieving or exceeding group standards such as sales, gross profit and other benchmarks resulting in profitability and customer service satisfaction. Providing the highest quality service to customers ensuring repeat business and referrals, monitoring repair orders and procedures per manufacture. Controlling expenses and approving all requisitions for materials and supplies. Developing employees and effectively recruiting, hiring, training and managing this fast paced shop.

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• automotive: 5 years (Preferred)
