Southgate Lincoln is searching for a new Service Manager for our busy dealership:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• MUST HAVE previous dealership experience (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus);
• MUST HAVE experience working in a dealership’s Service Department;
• Strong leadership skills;
• A mechanical background;
• An understanding of warranty processing;
• Experience writing repair orders.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the operation and success of the Service Department;
• Managing & training employees;
• Customer interaction and communication;
• A strong commitment to OEM requirements and customer satisfaction;
• Hiring and onboarding Service Department staff;
• Problem solving and thinking on your feet.
