Qualifications

* Evening Shift ONLY - 4:00 pm - 12:30 am.

* Previous verifiable bail bonds or customer service experience.

* Must be able to pass extensive background check (have no warrants, convictions or unsettled traffic citations.

* Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)

* Have basic clerical skills and bee computer literate

* Ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks with limited supervision

* Must possess positive, professional attitude, be proactive and maintain a professional appearance

* Must be punctual, reliable and have dependable transportation

* Must be able to work flexible hours

* Must possess a valid Texas Driver License (Texas Identification Card will not be accepted)

* High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

· Answer multi-line phone system and screen incoming calls from potential clients

· Assist clients with processing bail bond applications in person and over the phone.

· Process incoming payments as needed.

· Travel to jails and/or courthouse as needed.

· Provide prompt, professional and non-judgmental customer service to general public

· Maintain positive interactions with coworkers; work with the team in a kind and courteous manner at all times.

· Assist defendants with check-ins

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
