We are hiring seasonal Banquet Servers and Bartenders to work at our special events on The Preserve. Our primary responsibility is to provide world-class service with grace and professionalism that reflects our desire to genuinely care for and exceed the expectations of our members and their guests. The Preserve is a NO GRATUITY community and our higher base pay rates reflect this policy.

Duties include:

• Assist in preparation for events by polishing silverware and glassware
• Read and become familiar with Banquet Event Orders
• Set event rooms with a keen attention to detail
• Follow the lead of the Banquet Captain to provide high quality service
• Detailed knowledge of all food and alcohol served during events
• Serving members and guests with pride, passion, and a commitment to excellence
• Breakdown of events efficiently and professionally

Qualifications include:

• One year or more of server experience (banquet preferred)
• Weekend availability
• Effective verbal and written communication with employees and guests in a professional, courteous manner
• Possession of a CA Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification
