The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is a 4* hotel located in Dublin, we are looking to recruit a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager (looking to step up in their career) to join our team. The 190 bed property is part The Louis Fitzgerald Group one of Irelands leading hospitality companies. The Bar Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of LJ’s Bar & Restaurant and will be required to assess, evaluate and ensure that the long-term and short-term goals are met.

Role Requirement:

• Managing the day to day operations of the Bar and Restaurant.
• The role involves running and managing the bars throughout the property
• Implementing for strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting for the bar area with alignment with the General Manager.
• Working closely with the team of Heads of Departments.
• Managing, training and rebuilding the team.
• Growing the team as business increases.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Implement a high standard of service when dealing with customers.
• Excellent leadership skills required as a lot of exciting changes happening.

Candidates Requirement:

• Must have a proven track record managing bars in a successful Hotel in the four star market.
• Strong Leadership Skills.
• Be able to work with an existing team and move the team forward whilst introducing new members to the current team.
• Must have a management style with is well organized, highly committed, team leader with keen business sense.
• Very focused Bar Manager who encourages clear communication with the team.
• Very standard focused and ensuring outstanding guest experiences are delivered
