Barista – The Human Bean, Indianapolis

The Human Bean Barista is responsible for providing the highest quality products and service to consumers who visit our specialty coffee drive thru. Qualified applicants must have the ability to provide prompt courteous service, prepare quality beverages, and assure the customer enjoys an exceptional experience.

Qualifications:

• Pass a product training program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance, proper personal hygiene
• Be able to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays)
• Demonstrate communication and basic math skills
• Reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $13.50 per hour
