Serving customers, taking orders, presenting food and drinks and removing dinnerware from the table and bar in a timely manner. Verify identification and age requirements of customers. Mix traditional and creative cocktails. Clean glasses and bar utensils. Build a rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere. Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
